Audit and Risk Committee (ARC)

The role of the Audit and Risk Committee is to assist the Board in the oversight of the integrity and quality of the financial statements of the Scheme; the effectiveness of the accounting and internal financial control environment; the performance of the Scheme’s internal audit function and external auditors; and the Scheme’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
